Gadgees Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know you’re excited to upgrade your drive! We partner with leading South African door-to-door courier services (including The Courier Guy and Aramex) to get your automotive tech to you as safely and quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Timelines & Rates

We ship nationwide across South Africa. Your delivery time depends entirely on your location:

Main Hubs JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN, PE,2 - 3 Business Days

Regional & Outlying Areas4 - 7 Business Days

Please Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping times are estimates provided by our courier partners; peak seasons (like Black Friday or Christmas) may experience slight delays.

2. Daily Processing Cut-Off Times

Monday to Friday: All orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (noon) are packed and dispatched to the courier on the exact same day.
Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders placed after Friday 12:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following business Monday.

3. Real-Time Tracking (Email & SMS)

The moment your parcel is collected by our courier partner, you will receive an automated tracking link via email and SMS. This allows you to track your car gadgets in real-time from our hub straight to your vehicle's doorstep.

4. Important Delivery Conditions

Delivery Hours: Couriers only deliver during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package (e.g., your office, workplace, or a home address with security/reception).
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will try again the next business day. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be held liable for any re-delivery fees incurred to resend the package.
P.O. Boxes: We use door-to-door road freight couriers. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnets. A physical street address must be provided at checkout.
