OVERVIEW This website is operated by Gadgees. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gadgees. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. Online Store Terms

  • In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price (e.g., R15 instead of R1,500), Gadgees is not legally obligated to honor the incorrect price and reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.

4. Products and Automotive Use Liability

We curate and supply high-quality automotive technology and gadgets. However, correct installation and safe usage are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Limitation of Liability: Gadgees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage caused to your vehicle, electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), or personal property resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of our products (including, but not limited to, wireless chargers, retractable cables, and vacuum-suction magnetic mounts).

  • Road Safety: Customers are strictly advised to follow South African road safety regulations. Do not attempt to adjust, install, or manipulate phone mounts or gadgets while driving.

5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

All payments processed on Gadgees are handled securely through accredited, third-party South African payment gateways (such as, Yoco,). Gadgees does not store, view, or have access to your full credit card or banking details. Your payment data is encrypted and protected according to international PCI-DSS standards.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
